Hi Jack. I’ve been watching a few of your bartending videos. Anyway, in some cases you cooled the stem cocktail glass with just ice, however in other instances you cooled the glass down with ice and water. Is there any difference? Does the ice and water cool down quicker than just ice? Thanks for your help.
You can try it on your own – U’ll see that chilling the glass with ice only, doesn’t work. In my opinion water is a must!
To be a good bartender, you must drink, at least a little. Dirty Citron Martini…all the rage with the kids, huh? Know your flavors. And FYI, James Bond didn’t invent the shaken Martini, just brought it into popular culture.
