So, how can he measure how many he has poured since the liquid from the bottle was still flowing into the glass when he poured the liquid from the jigger ?
@apollo311 I believe when he pours each 1oz. jigger pour it is just for repetition, and learning to pour. To let the bottle continue pouring even if pouring 2 1oz jigger pours would be incorrect. Overpour.
@jtiano anyone can make a video and post it on youtube, thats the genius of the idea. It does not however make you an expert on a subject. Spending years behind a bar perfecting your craft does.
@biggerbob68 He overpoured everyshot there….. Pendulum arm action works far better, and he doesn’t teach any cuts which is the primary way to ensure your pour doesn’t last to long…

When you know how to pour, you can do the something as if your were measuring you eyeball it.

The whole idea of his pouring is the technique and to get the alcohol pouring the fastest way without any waste.
